App is not user friendly. It logs you out many times DURING use. You are charged tax, but do not get to see the total cost (items + tax) of what you will be charged before you pay. You only see the total AFTER your payment has gone through. Also, the hours listed our kitchen have always been incorrect, and would allow you to order at times they are closed.

The recent update has made the app a lot more functional, all the information is synced up with the website. Few items to iron out are: 1. The in-app receipt or email receipt do not show the order number, which is required to actually pick up the order. 2. High wait times to make selections in the app (esp. after selecting location). 3. Need a QR code to scan to get rewards during physical payment transactions. 4. Even better, a QR code to scan and pay with a saved card in the app (like LevelUp)

Well, there are a couple of not so good reviews here, but I'll give it 4 stars because the app is linked to my security card, which wasn't made clear until I complained about a lack of signal preventing my using it at the till. So I use my card. Also, every time I top up with 100 quid, and I've enabled the auto top up, I get a bonus 300 points, which represents 3 quid of the loyalty fiver.
